Don't let salt water corrode and ruin the cooling ways in your outboard engine. Simply attach one end of this adapter to the "wash" fitting on your outboards leg and the other end to your garden hose then turn on the tap. How to Use: Turn off the outboard motor completely. Thread the adapter onto the end of your standard garden hose. Locate the "wash" or "flush" fitting on your outboard leg. Attach the adapter to the fitting. Turn on your garden hose tap to flush the system. (Note: Do not start the engine while flushing this way).
